What are the reception's opening hours?
We are open daily from 9:30 until 17:30 on weekdays and on the weekends from 9:30 until 21:00. For late arrivals we offer a contactless check in via phone as after closing hours we will still be available via phone.
What are the check in and check out times?
Standard check out deadline is set at 11am. Checkin is usually from 3pm, but we always try to have the rooms ready as early as possible. Furthermore you are always welcome to store your luggage at our reception before check in and after check out.
Is there parking at the hotel?
As we are located in the city center there is NO free parking at the hotel! Parking in front of the hotel will cost you up to 7,50 an hour. For parking we recommend parking at ParkBee Havengebouw or Q-Park Central Station. It is a 10 minute walk from the hotel and they charge 32,50 for a day. It can get busy, especially on the weekends, so we would definitely recommend making an online reservation beforehand.
What are the property’s policies for children's bedding?
Adam Suites Hotel's policy concerning children's bedding considers guests aged 5 years and older as adults. For the younger ones, we do have a baby bed in stock which is free of charge!
